Hello! My name is Carrie Eberhardy (she/her) and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Mexico, USA. I offer compassionate care and consulting with a dedication to social justice, cultural humility, and empathic connection. I have 25+ years of experience working in the mindfulness-focused mental health field ranging in various capacities with all ages and stages. My style is utilizing a holistic framework that validates your unique experience, while offering guidance to get unstuck.

Since a young age my nick name has been "Care", which has inspired me to cultivate a care ethos. This has alchemized into relating to the world's problems in empathic connection to myself and others as we allow ourselves to feel, deal, and heal. Areas of experience and interest in my practice include working with creative and spiritual blockages, anxiety, ADHD/AuDHD/neurospicy, post-traumatic growth, attachment wounds healing, self-esteem, conscious parenting, LGBTQ+ issues,  navigating and embracing perimenopause, and work-life balance.

I often incorporate experiential methods including mindfulness techniques, meditation, inner child healing, art and creative expression, music and sound healing, and virtual sandplay.

Unique offerings for all ages

 Sandplay Therapy

This modality is for all ages, not just kids!

I have worked with countless adultseeking to better understand their internal world through symbols. I am credentialed as a Registered Sandplay Practitioner (RSP) through the Sandplay Therapists of America (STA).

I presented LGBTQ-informed Sandplay: Holding a Compassionate and Safe "Free and Protected Space" for LGBTQ+ clients.

In 2023-2024 I participated on the pilot Diversity Project team through STA to help make sandplay training and credentialing more accessible in New Mexico.
