Hello! My name is Carrie Eberhardy (she/her) and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Mexico, USA. After 10 years of running a psychotherapy private practice as an LCSW and 20 years since I obtained my LMSW, I've decided to shift in a new direction to be more in alignment with my midlife transformation and recalibration.

My supervision and consultation style is utilizing a holistic and integrative framework that validates your unique experience, while offering guidance to gain more clarity.

I no longer offer psychotherapy services as my work with clients is intended to focus on the present bridging mindfulness and wellbeing. I continue to hold an active LCSW license in New Mexico to be able to provide board approved supervision for LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, and LPCC licensure. I'm also a Registered Sandplay Therapist (RSP) through Sandplay Therapists of America. As an RSP, I work with therapists who are interested in training in this modality.

Since a young age my nick name has been "Care", which has inspired me to cultivate a care ethos. This has alchemized into relating to the world's problems in empathic connection as we allow ourselves to feel, deal, and heal. I have over two decades of experience with having my own mindfulness meditation practice, and I have taught mindfulness meditation to individuals and groups. I incorporate experiential methods including somatic techniques, mindfulness meditation, art and creative expression, music, sound healing, and more.

I'm passionate about working with organizations to develop innovative policies to create more holistic and mindful practices to support leadership and employees to better thrive and understand each others unique learning styles and communication. Contact me if you are interested in work retreats for team building and revitalization.
